Preparing your home for sale is one of the most important aspects of a quick and hassle free sale. Most active home buyers will see your home within the first 2 weeks of it listing, it is crucial to be prepared to show your home in it's best light right away. Buyers who can't see past clutter, unkempt homes or homes needing repair, won't understand that next week it will look better. If they don't like it the day they go through it, it is very unlikely they will go through again to see if their mind has changed.
Contacting Stephanie or Brad early in your process of preparing your home for sale will help you plan which repairs need to be done, where cleaning and staging need to be completed and also give you an understanding of what buyers today are looking for.
