Preparing your home is the first step in selling your home quickly for top dollar.  Meeting with your Real Estate Professional before you start doing all the work around your home is best.  We are able to advise you what items need to be repaired, staged, cleaned, etc...

When we meet, we can also discuss where you are looking to move to after you sell your home, what your expectations for sale are and what the costs of selling your home are. This initial meeting is of no cost to you and goes a long way in preparing your home for its eventual sale

 

Pricing your home to sell is one of the most important aspects of a quick sale.  Working with a Real Estate Professional gives you access to previous sales in your neighbourhood and current market conditions.
